Senior Accounting Operational Auditor (Big 4)

HornBill has a client in Reston, Virginia (VA) that is seeking a Senior Accounting Operational Auditor (Big 4). Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze operating business units by checking for compliance with policies and procedures
• Independently perform audits and analyze findings
• Communicate recommendations to operations management
• Train and supervise junior auditors and get involved with recruiting efforts for new auditors

• Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably with a -Big Four- Public Accounting firm or large regional firm
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in reviewing findings with senior management is a plus

• Ability to travel 20-25% of the time locally (i.e. drivable)
