- SEC reporting including 10k and 10q
- Technical accounting
- Ensuring compliance with SEC and SOX rules
- Advanced degree a plus
- 2 - 6 years of experience
- Big 4 or large regional public accounting experience
- Experience with SEC reporting
- CPA a plus
