Payroll Analyst (ADP)

HornBill's client in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania (PA) is searching for a Payroll Analyst with ADP experience. Essential Functions:
- Management of day-to-day payroll functions acting as a liaison between ADP and the three companies
- Detailed review of biweekly/semi-monthly payroll registers prior to review with Senior Manager/Controller
- Work closely with the HR function to handle employee/payroll related matter including any resolving any issues
- Calculation of monthly commission file(s)
- Work with treasury to ensure payroll account properly funded prior to various pay dates
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in managing the payroll function
- Prior experience working with ADP or equivalent in the client capacity a must
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines as dictated by semi-monthly/biweekly payouts
- Strong organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to develop and implement controls, policies and procedures
- Strong emphasis in Microsoft Excel (i.e. V-lookups, Pivot tables)
- Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
