Accounting Manager

HornBill has a client that is a new startup company in Yardley, Pennsylvania (PA) that is looking for an Accounting Manager to spearhead their growing team. This client offers flexible hours, great benefits, new and bright culture, and growth due to acquisition. Responsibilities:

• Support account recs, month end close, monitor AP, billing and collections
• Work on processes and procedures; Review and sign off on statements
• Review the work, monitor, answer questions, and train
• Work closely with the controller
• Input policies and procedures

• 5 years in a rapidly growing mid-sized company
• CPA preferred not required
• Willing to roll up sleeves and adapt
• Can help input policies and procedures
• Need to be open and flexible to change
• Quickbooks experience right now, but implementing new systems soon and can help select the tool
