Finance Manager or Supervisor

Summary: The Finance Manager will assist with providing financial and strategic decision support to a major subsidiary to ensure achievement of short and long-term financial goals. Working with management, the Manager will facilitate the understanding of key business dynamics including productivity analysis, margin improvement, pricing, and business analysis (such as client retention, loss reporting and quality metrics). Driving research and analysis of trends, leading indicators and business statistics, the Manager supports operating planning and forecasting through highly complex business analysis. In addition, the Director develops business cases and recommends financial strategies to ensure business growth/market presence and margin improvement.

• MBA Finance or MS in Business Analytics or similar degree
• 6+ years of experience
• Highly proficient with MS Excel
• Finance Decision Support Expertise
