HornBill has a client in search of an Accounts Payable Accountant in Waltham, Massachusetts (MA). Duties Include:
- Process invoices and secure approvals
- File AP invoices
- Process and approve expense reports
- Prepare payment runs
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Monitor and maintain purchase approving software
- Assist with AP accruals
- Assist with statutory audit, external audits, operational audits, and SOX audits
- Oversee the AP email account, and follow up with vendors and business owners
- 2-4 years of accounts payable processing experience
- Experience with SAP and the accounts payable functions
- Experience with Excel
- Excellent communication skills
