HornBill has a client that is looking for a Property Accountant in Boston, Massachusetts (MA). Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and general ledger work papers
- Prepare various billings
- Prepare taxes
- Address inquiries on billings
- Respond to questions pertaining to year-end work with outside auditors
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of related real estate accounting experience
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and real estate accounting software (MRI or Yardi)
