Position:  Transportation Secretary/Bookkeeper

Qualifications: High School Diploma, associate's degree in business or accounting preferred. Experience in reception, bookkeeping, or administrative support. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Reports To:  Director of Transportation and Assistant Director of Transportation

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Receptionist/Bookkeeper is responsible for managing the front desk and providing professional customer service while maintaining accurate financial and administrative records. In addition to bookkeeping duties, this position oversees employee timeclock reporting to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Office environment with no exposure to environmental conditions. Physical demands are
restricted to general office activities requiring movement. lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds.
No travel required. Requires ability to work under a degree of stress related to duties that require
constant attention and meeting tight deadlines.
