What You’ll Do

As our Bookkeeper, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
- Preparing financial reports to support decision-making.
- Assisting with payroll processing and tax filings.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a skilled professional who brings:
- At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Proficiency in QUICKBOOKS and EXCEL.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
