Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description:

Engineered Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable including collections and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections
• Post ACHs daily
• Respond to emails
• Set up new customers
• Work closely with other departments to resolve any billing or payment issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable including collections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook email
• Accurate and detail orientation
• Basic math and reconciliation skills
