Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk entail:
- Completing credit applications
- Contact trade and bank references on credit applications
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Completing tax forms
- Answer and direct calls using the multi-line phone system as needed
- Approve credit releases for customers as needed
- Reconcile all invoices billed as cash or through third party vendors as needed

Requirements to be an Accounts Receivable Clerk:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift, carry and move objects up to 10 pounds
