Job Description
Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for an AR Analyst in the Castleton area to join their team.
This position is fully on site.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post customer payments to account
- Apply rebates, deductions, credits to customers accounts
- Investigate and timely resolve customer disputes/rebates/deductions/customer portal issues
- Review Customer Portals on a weekly basis to ensure all invoices are processed
- 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Manufacturing or distribution experience a plus
- Proficient in Excel
- Sage Intact a plus
