Job Summary:
Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) offers outsourced accounting services, including full-service CFO Advisory Services; controller, bookkeeping, vendor bill processing and payment, customer invoicing, payroll processing and tax reporting, and sales tax preparation. If you�re ready to be part of a team that�s focused on delivering practical, high-impact solutions, we�d love to talk to you. Here, you�ll collaborate with innovative thinkers and help businesses make the most of their financial and accounting opportunities. In this role, you will be a member of our CAAS group accountable for providing Senior Accountant-level accounting services, including processing payables and receivables, and various other accounting operations for assigned clients.

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent years of relevant work experience

Payroll experience - payroll processing, tax, and Regulations
-
Self-starter and willingness to learn
-
Able to multitask
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel)

Excellent attention to detail
-
Solid interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent organizational/time management skills
Qualifications:
-
Process payroll for a designated group of clients accurately and on time
-
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
-
Handle payroll inquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner
-
Reconcile payroll-related accounts
-
Assist with payroll audits and any related documentation as needed
-
Stay updated on payroll best practices and industry changes to ensure compliance
Pay range: $22.00-$26.00/hour
