HornBill has a client that is seeking a Certified Payroll Specialist in Providence, Rhode Island (RI). Responsibilities:
- Conduct certified payroll
- Enter data into internal system, uploading bills and coding accordingly
- Assist with accounts payable as needed
- Assist with reconciliation
- Conduct payroll reports
- Process T&M and AIA billing
- 2+ years of certified payroll experience
- Strong administrative office experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's)
- Must be computer savvy
