Financial Analyst

Agency: Critical Mass Job Function: Finance Job Subfunction: Financial Planning and Analysis Job Description: This is a position within the finance department. The financial analyst team responsible for the accounting and financial duties required to support the needs of Critical Mass' defined accounts teams and ever growing client base. You will: Review and communicate financial results with senior account and client leads Manage the revenue and expenses for clients and their projects Partner with various departments within the company to manage client requirements and needs from a financial perspective Manage and generate monthly client invoices Manage time tracking and billings system for the company Forecast, track and manage client budgets Work closely with the project management group in reporting and analyzing project budgets Analyze project billing efficiencies, realizations and utilizations and assist in the identification of growth opportunities Review and manage accounts receivables for specific clients Work with and mentor other financial team members as required You have: Degree with an accounting or finance major 2-3 years previous experience in finance or accounting Exceptional computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Power Point Must be willing to have fun Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced, flexible environment Strong sense of urgency coupled with a “whatever-it-takes” attitude Strong technical and business aptitude Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining overall understanding of the big picture Strong analytical skills and sound accounting knowledge Ability to lead with creative and strong interpersonal skills Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
