Financial Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to work closely with production plants, including plant finance teams and department heads, to provide actionable insights that guide strategic and operational decisions in the Americas Airbags Product Line. This role reports directly to the Airbags Product Line Finance Director. The successful candidate will play an integral role in evaluating operational and financial performance, projecting future results, and providing actionable insights to guide product line strategy, budgeting, and capital investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close, forecasting, and consolidation reporting.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for executive management.
• Manage monthly outlook and quarterly forecast consolidation and reporting processes.
• Partner with finance leadership and IT to ensure data integrity and strong controls.
• Standardize tools and processes to improve efficiency and forecast quality.
• Support analysis for performance improvement programs.
• Communicate clear, executive-level financial insights to operations leaders and executive leadership teams.
• Complete ad hoc analysis as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Five or more years of related experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other MS tools.
• Experience in financial modeling.
• Previous experience with ERP systems; experience with Essbase & OneStream is a plus.
• English language proficiency required; Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel less than 10% of the time.
