Compensation: Up to $82.18/hour

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst IV to join the Finance team and play a key role in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and business performance initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic finance professional who can move beyond the numbers—turning complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

What You'll Do

• Analyze financial and operational data to evaluate business performance and financial health.
• Compare actual results against plans, budgets, and forecasts and identify key variances and trends.
• Develop cost analyses, forecasts, financial models, and business performance insights.
• Partner with business and finance leaders to identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Translate complex financial results into concise, compelling stories and presentations for senior executives.
• Support investment management and resource planning activities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support business decision-making.
• Reconcile financial transactions and investigate discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain forecasting and analytical databases, ensuring information is accurate, current, and properly backed up.
• Analyze proposed changes to business methods, processes, and resources and provide recommendations based on financial impact.
• Identify opportunities to automate financial and accounting processes and improve productivity.
• Contribute to strategic business performance and organizational change initiatives.
• Work independently to manage and execute projects with minimal supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial information.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of FP&A experience or equivalent experience in a highly dynamic finance environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Corporate FP&A experience preferred; global experience is a plus.
• Strong experience analyzing financial and business data and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to create concise financial narratives and present recommendations to senior executives.
• Strong understanding of investment management and resource planning, ideally within a technology or corporate FP&A environment.
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives, business performance programs, and/or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong business partnership skills with the ability to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve financial results.
• Experience developing dashboards, presentations, forecasts, and other executive-level financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions.
• Ability to take initiative, manage priorities, and deliver projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
