The Financial Analyst serves as a key business partner, providing financial insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making across client engagements and internal operations. This role collaborates closely with client stakeholders and internal leadership to perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting while identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. The Financial Analyst also supports business case development, market analysis, and financial planning initiatives, ensuring the delivery of accurate, actionable insights that help clients achieve their organizational and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results, business trends, and key performance indicators to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, investment opportunities, and business scenarios.
• Partner with business leaders and department owners to gather inputs, explain financial performance, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct cost, margin, pricing, and profitability analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes.
• Research market, industry, and economic trends that may affect company performance.
• Prepare presentations and dashboards that communicate insights clearly to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure financial data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and reporting standards.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis, special projects, and process improvements as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong working knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ERP systems, or planning tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
