Title: Compensation Analyst IIIDuration: 4.5 monthsLocation: San Francisco, CA 94158#176766Pay Rate: $60/hrTop 3 ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Consultation: Partner with Compensation Business Partners, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition to advise and influence business leaders on compensation strategy, programs, and issues.Process Improvement & Execution: Drive the identification, assessment, and implementation of ongoing compensation process improvements and policies aligned with business goals.Program Collaboration: Collaborate with Compensation Analytics & Design to execute and deliver Client’s broad-based and sales compensation programs.Mandatory RequirementsExperience Level: 6+ years of Broad-based Compensation experience and 3+ years of Sales Compensation experience.Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced data modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) with the ability to synthesize complex, high-volume data into clear business conclusions.Communication & Stakeholder Presentation: Ability to present complex concepts and analysis into simple, compelling recommendations to senior management and business leaders.About Us:Founded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
