Location
Seattle, WA. This is a full-time hybrid role with a strong preference for in-office collaboration. Attorneys are encouraged to be on-site for the first 90 days to support onboarding, learning, and relationship-building, with flexibility to work from home thereafter.

Candidates must be licensed in Washington and bring at least 3 years of directly relevant tax, business, and estate planning experience. More senior attorneys are welcome to apply. Candidates from law firms, in-house roles, or solo practices will be considered if their experience aligns with the role.

Job Description
- Advise businesses, owners, and families on complex tax, business, and estate planning matters
- Handle federal income tax issues involving individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, and trusts
- Structure taxable and tax-free mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and intergenerational company succession plans
- Draft client correspondence, technical memoranda, and planning documents with increasing autonomy
- Conduct tax research and provide strategic analysis on planning issues
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across practice areas to deliver integrated client solutions
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active Washington State Bar license
- 3+ years of experience in tax law, business planning, or estate planning
- Working knowledge of federal income tax matters
- Strong written, analytical, and client communication skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment
