Note: To be considered, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, 2+ years of manufacturing or supply chain industry experience, and prior experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or divisional finance leader.

Job Description

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives and operational goals.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive profitable growth, business performance, and strategic decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-term business planning initiatives.
• Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and financial reporting functions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance organization focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and financial risk strategies.
• Support operational leaders with cost optimization, pricing analysis, and profitability initiatives.
• Evaluate capital investments, automation opportunities, and strategic business initiatives.
• Maintain strong banking relationships, audit readiness, internal controls, and compliance standards.
• Provide executive-level financial insights across multi-site domestic and international operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Previous experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or divisional finance leader required.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or logistics environments.
• Experience supporting multi-site and international operations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, cost accounting, and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence executives, and drive strategic initiatives.
