Location: Graham, North Carolina – Hybrid schedule with a combination of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
Note: To be considered, you must have 1+ years of accounting experience and either hold an active CPA license or be actively pursuing CPA certification.

Job Description
- Prepare individual and business tax returns with guidance from senior team members.
- Assist with tax planning and compliance engagements.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare financial statements.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable tax regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate, timely client work.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding financial information and documentation.
- Utilize accounting software, Excel, and cloud-based platforms to complete engagements efficiently.
- Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting.
- CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with tax preparation for individuals and/or businesses.
- Proficiency with Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
