Note: Applicants must have 3+ years of direct property accounting experience within multifamily real estate. Candidates without recent property accounting experience will not be considered.

Job Description
- Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned property portfolios.
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial schedules.
- Process owner funding requests and distribution requests.
- Manage mortgage wire transfers and ACH transactions.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account analysis.
- Assist with annual audits and financial reporting requirements.
- Ensure financial records are accurate, timely, and compliant.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
- Utilize property management and accounting software to support daily operations.
- Contribute to special projects and additional accounting responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of property accounting experience in multifamily real estate.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or TOPS.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
