- Assist in the integration of acquisitions into accounting and finance processes
- Perform tests of procedures over revenue, compensation, and operating expenses
- Identify and apply adjustments to financial statements
- Assist in the preparation of impairment analysis for intangible assets
- 3+ years of experience performing acquisition accounting
- Experience with high growth and acquisitive companies is preferred
