HornBill is partnering with a high growth client located in Cambridge, Massachusetts (MA) that is looking to hire a Senior Corporate Accountant. This is a high visibility role in a fast-paced environment, with strong mentorship and excellent room for advancement. Summary: The Senior Accountant reports to the VP of Finance and will have a mix of operational accounting functions. Responsibilities include assist with month end close, reviewing financial statements and financial reports, technical (GAAP) accounting research, business partnering with the FP&A team, assist with budget to actuals, M&A planning and other projects as assigned.
- BS degree in Accounting/Finance
- 2-5 years of Accounting experience, with a strong understanding of GAAP
- Big 4 or public accounting background, desired
- Ability to interact with senior management
- Ability to research technical issues
