Senior Accountant

HornBill's client, a rapidly growing, well-respected company in Wilmington, Delaware (DE) is seeking a bright Senior Accountant to add to their team! Summary: This person will perform accounting and reporting functions ranging from month-end close and financial reporting to preparing detailed financial analysis and account reconciliations. The selected person will also participate in preparing reports (10Q, 10K, etc.), assist in SOX 404, prepare work-papers, and documentation support for all audit and regulatory data requests as well as other special projects.

• A BS degree in Accounting or related discipline with 3 - 10 years of general accounting experience out of large, public company or public accounting firm (regional or large) is required
• A CPA or progress towards it is also required
• GAAP knowledge
• Experience demonstrating skill performing financial analysis, account reconciliation, and problem solving
• Good communication and systems skills are required
