Your role and responsibilities

Reporting to the Country Real Estate Manager, you will be a vital member of the Canada Real Estate team, acting as a finance business partner and collaborating with the Real Estate team to support local businesses in all matters related to ABB's real estate occupancy and operating costs.  You will help develop the real estate strategy in line with wider division and product group strategies.

In this role, you will provide key support to the business, ensuring accurate tracking and processing of all transactions. You will translate business strategy into plans and establish measurable targets, evaluate the financial implications of various strategic decisions, identify risks and recommend actions.


The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Real Estate function in Canada. Main stakeholders are Divisions heads and controllers

Preferred location is Montreal, Quebec. Candidates may also be considered in other locations across Quebec, Ontario, or Alberta.
