Job Description

• Assist senior management in financial planning and results management.

• Collaborate with team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking.

• Oversee the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.

• Develop and coordinate relationships with lending/financial institutions, auditors, consultants, and investors.

• Evaluate financial performance with regard to long-term goals, budgets, and forecasts.

• Direct the preparation of financial statements, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.

What You Will Need to Have

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.

• 4+ years of progressive financial management experience.

• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.

• Recent experience scaling a finance operation from inception to nine-figure revenues.

• Excellent knowledge of financial accounting and accounting rules and procedures including GAAP.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding management, supervisory, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to perform in a high-pressure environment.

• Proven experience working collaboratively across an organization.
