Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Controller with experience in the industrial automation industry.

• In this role, you will act as a key financial partner to the business leadership, providing insightful analysis and helping shape strategic decisions.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and process improvement within the industrial automation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the country area management team to integrate finance into local decision-making processes.

• Provide financial support to business leaders through detailed analysis and operational reporting.

• Ensure accurate and timely management accounting within the group’s reporting framework.

• Prepare profitability reports for customers, projects, and products, offering insights to guide decision-making.

• Analyze financial transactions, operational costs, inventories, and other financial aspects to provide recommendations to management.

• Assist in the preparation of operating budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

• Implement approved cost reduction and process improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency.

• Conduct local audits and report findings, ensuring compliance with financial and legal policies.

• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities by analyzing operational challenges.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• CPA designation is a plus.

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or Controller roles.

• Experience in the industrial automation industry is required.

• Proficiency with SAP, Siebel, or other large ERP systems is highly preferred.

• Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
