Job Description:
We're looking for a bookkeeper who is highly proficient in QuickBooks.
The primary responsibility for this role will be building out and maintaining our QuickBooks workflows for accounts receivable, accounts payable, timekeeping, and job costing.
Much of the workflow will involve processing vendor quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and payments and quotes, purchase orders, and payments for our clients.
