SAIC is looking for a Pricing Analyst in Indianapolis.

Duties include:

• Create SAIC Indy BOE template using the latest version of the SAIC Corporate Basic BOE template.
• Document/Track BOEs created for RFQs, received from various customers.
• Check DIBBS, NECO &, SAM.gov websites for RFQ opportunities.
• Interface with onsite Government customers inre RFQs/ROMs.
• Interface with Production Managers, Indy & Bedford, for labor/material estimates to build cables and assemblies.
• Interface with Program Managers/Leads and, Logistics (Procurement, Tech Writers, Shipping/Receiving), Quality and Engineering Leads, for estimates for their respective departments.
• Interface with Engineering Leads for technical support.
• Research costs for BOM parts, via internet searches and, internal databases, i.e. P2K and AccuRev.
• Create and submit list of BOM parts that need quotes, to Procurement, using the Procurement template, for parts for which recent quotes, commercial prices or, historical data could not be found.
• Create BOEs for RFQs.
• Add labor estimates to BOE.
• Add quotes, for the BOM parts, to the BOE template.
• Add ODC/Travel estimates to BOE.
• Notify BOE Approver when BOE is ready for review.
• Make updates to BOE, as needed.
• Maintain accurate record of all RFQs, BOE status and, resulting awards.
• Provide input to Program/Project/Engineering Leads, for specialized independent ROMs, with a defined scope and product, on as-needed basis.

Qualifications

 TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and three (3) years or more of related experience; Masters and one year of related experience.  4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.

• Excellent interpersonal, team building and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to be effective in a government/contractor team environment.
• Experience with DoD contracting.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Experience with MS Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to work in a very dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse audience of senior decision makers with varying levels of programmatic and technical expertise.
• Effective communication, coordination, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and team environment with no supervision.
• Active Secret clearance.
