Pricing Analyst

Position Overview

We’re looking for a driven Pricing Analyst to support the development and execution of pricing strategies. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, R&D, and Finance to analyze market trends, build pricing models, and contribute to data-driven decisions that impact the business.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and pricing structures

· Conduct market and competitor analysis to support pricing recommendations

· Maintain basic pricing models and analytical tools

· Support the development and implementation of short- and long-term pricing strategies

· Analyze pricing performance and customer trends

· Assist with pricing analysis for new products, promotions, and business initiatives

· Maintain and update pricing databases, tools, and reporting systems

· Generate regular reports and dashboards on pricing trends and performance

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support pricing initiatives

· Support the preparation of sales proposals, pricing materials, and presentations

· Assist in documenting and communicating pricing policies and procedures

· Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in pricing and analytics

· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

· 2-4 years of relevant experience

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Ability to work with and interpret large datasets

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

· Eagerness to learn and develop in a data-driven, analytical role

Preferred :

· Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)

· Exposure to pricing, financial analysis, or business analytics
