EMEIA, Regional Pricing Manager

Apple is a place where extraordinary people gather to do their best work, creating products and experiences people once couldn"t have imagined, and now can"t imagine living without. \\n\\nThe EMEIA Pricing team is responsible for pricing implementation across all finished goods product lines and AppleCare services in region, working cross-functionally with Business Management, Product Marketing, Finance, Sales Finance, and Environmental and Levy Watch teams to support Apple product launches and reprices.As Pricing Manager, you will lead a team of Pricing Analysts across Cork and Cupertino, coordinating pricing processes, researching pricing and business issues, and driving system, process, and people development to meet business requirements. \\n\\nThis role involves a high volume of discrete pricing elements and requires a strong focus on attention to detail, process automation, and continuous improvement. You will work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight time constraints.Gather requirements, understand the impact for the Apple business, create implementation plans, and drive execution in line with strict deadlines.\\nLead a team to meet deadlines and exceed expectations by flawlessly executing and improving pricing processes.\\nPrepare and deliver Executive Reviews, communicating complex data clearly to senior leadership audiences.\\nWork collaboratively with regional counterparts, worldwide partners, and cross-functional teams to re-engineer processes, bringing automation and simplification.\\nAnalyse data, create metrics, and communicate complex data to support informed business decision-making.\\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve processes and drive change across the team and the wider organisation.Extensive experience in pricing, finance, or operations within a fast-paced, product-driven environment.\\nDeep hands-on knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Excel Macros within a pricing or business operations context.\\nA track record of developing or driving improvements to existing processes, with a focus on automation and simplification.\\nAnalytical and business modelling skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data to senior leadership.\\nAbility to work effectively with a high level of ambiguity and complexity in a large, matrixed organisation.\\n A track record of leading and developing a team through periods of change and ambiguity, creating an environment of growth, collaboration, and high performance while maintaining focus and delivery against objectivesProficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or equivalent, and database tools such as SQL or Tableau.\\nFamiliarity with creating or deploying AI and machine learning solutions within a business, finance, or pricing environment.\\nDegree in a relevant discipline; equivalent professional experience will be fully considered.
