Billing Analyst

Job Summary

The Billing Analyst will be responsible for all daily billing and accounts receivable functions, including quality audits, data management, reporting, and exception management.

Job Description

Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Key Accountabilities:

• Processing production at outside processors
• Create accruals to capture cost for processors production
• Inventory reconciliation for plants and warehouses
• Create master data for production at processors
• Approve processing and warehousing invoices
• Recording material receipts and costing of material from the mill
• Assist in EDI transactions particularly advance shipping notices
• Billing responsibility for all invoices
• SAP knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Billing, Finance, and/or Transaction Management field required
• SAP Experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Power Point
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems and make quick, fact-based decisions
• Ability to quickly gain proficiency in multiple systems

Job Compensation

25-27/hour
