Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for day to day full cycle accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate and timely payment processing and review and audit invoices and other claims for payment generated by all departments. Ensuring all expenditures follow IVCR polices, are recorded against the appropriate accounts, and follow generally accepted accounting principles. Manage weekly check run to ensure vendors are paid within established time limits and prepare vendor checks for mailing. Maintain vendor files and vendor fact sheets.
