Dolly Parton's Stampede in Pigeon Forge, TN, a division of World Choice Investments LLC, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our corporate accounting team. You will manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensure accurate vendor payments and reconcile expenses.
Core Responsibilities
- Invoice Management: Process vendor invoices accurately and timely using accounting software.
- Data Verification: Compare purchase orders, pricing, payment terms, and additional charges for accuracy.
- Expense Tracking: Review, process, and balance monthly credit card expense reports.
- Administrative Support: Maintain organized digital financial records.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of basic bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel), word processing tools, and accounting software.
- Task Management: Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and projects independently.
- Teamwork: Able to work efficiently as an independent contributor and collaborate as a team member.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in the workplace.
Job Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Licensing: Possess a valid driver's license.
- Schedule: Available Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shift.
