Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Villa Rica, GA
Position Type: Temporary Assignment
Pay: $21.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk for a food-grade distribution warehouse located in Villa Rica!
Qualifications for Accounts Payable Clerk:
After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

Must have 3 or more years of data entry experience.

Must be knowledgeable with computers.

Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Assignment Duties for Accounts Payable Clerk:
-
Processing vendor invoices and payments.
-
Maintaining accurate payables records.
-
Ensuring compliance with payment schedules and policies.
-
Coordinating with procurement and finance teams.
-
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Shift Details: Monday-Friday – 8:00AM-5:00PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
