Accounting Assistant Supervisor

Job Description

Cintas is seeking an Accounting Assistant Supervisor. Responsibilities include leading and supervising the accounting assistant team in providing exemplary support to the accounting department and field partners.  Oversee the team’s performance of a broad range of moderately complex accounting transactions and report preparation, analysis, and review.  Responsible for the management of the fixed asset process.  Assign tasks, direct work efforts and coach staff to accomplish the team’s goals.  Utilize knowledge and experience to assist the team in identifying and providing solutions to problems and questions. 

Skills/Qualifications

Required: 

• High school diploma or GED required 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet 
• Ability to travel up to 10% with overnight stays 

Preferred: 

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 
• Accounting experience 
• Supervisory experience
