Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Controllers with monthly municipal reporting, audits, and sales tax.
• Move bank payments on daily basis.
• Analyze general ledger accounts for accuracy.
• Collect financial data and prepare monthly combined financial statements and reports.
• Help with the preparation of annual budgets, updates, and strategic plans.
• Prepare basic financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Some site and meeting travel.

Technical Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and related accounting business systems
