About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to join our Accounting Department. You will work closely with senior accounting staff and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities:

·Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, including recording, reviewing, and reconciling transactions

· Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures

· Reconcile assigned monthly balance sheet accounts

· Support the preparation of financial statements and related schedules

· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

· Assist with bank reconciliations and account verification

· Perform variance analyses and investigate discrepancies

· Support audit activities, including gathering documentation and responding to auditor inquiries

· Maintain accounting records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

· Coordinate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve accounting issues

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

· 1-3 years of accounting experience in corporate and/or public accounting environments

· Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

· Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

· Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

· Effective written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

· Familiarity with accounting workflow automation tools

· Experience with financial consolidation or multi-entity accounting

· Previous experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

· CPA candidate or CPA certification

· Experience with financial reporting software or tools

Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $60,600 - $75,800 annually

Pay within this range will be determined in good faith based on job-related

factors, which may include skills, experience, education/training, location,

and internal equity.
