Staff Accountant I

As we expand into a new facility near Arlington, TX, we're seeking a talented Staff Accounting. Reporting directly to the Arlington Site Controller and based in Arlington, TX Regal Rexnord is seeking a Staff Accountant I who will play a vital role in ensuring our financial records are accurate, compliant, and meaningful. This is a hands-on, onsite role where you’ll gain exposure to the full accounting cycle, manufacturing experience, learn from experienced mentors, and see the tangible results of your contributions. Job Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP, including but not limited to payroll, fixed assets, travel and entertainment and other operating expenses. Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts monthly. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and adjustments. Help prepare financial statements, management reports, and audit schedules under the supervision of senior finance personnel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and resolve discrepancies. Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance accuracy. Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues. Required Education, Experience, and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 0–3 years of accounting experience (internships and part-time roles count!)
