- Develop and maintain program management standards and governance processes
- Create templates, workflows, and reporting frameworks for division-wide use
- Lead operational oversight for major initiatives and special projects
- Support executive decision-making through analytics and reporting
- Monitor portfolio health, milestones, and program performance indicators
- Establish project controls for schedule, scope, and deliverable accountability
- Coordinate cross-functional program reviews and status assessments
- Lead Common Data Model project coordination and reporting development
- Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support executive communications and strategic planning initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to successfully pass a federal government background investigation
- 7+ years of program or portfolio management experience
- Strong governance, reporting, and strategic planning experience
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Advanced Excel / Power BI / reporting experience
- Strong organizational change and process improvement capability
- PMP certification
- Experience in federal portfolio governance
- Experience developing PMO standards and frameworks
- Familiarity with data modernization initiatives
