Are you an experienced professional with a passion for workforce strategy, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement? At Accenture, we're looking for an External Talent Strategy Lead – EMEA to help shape and evolve our External Talent strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.Within the Global Procurement+ organization, you will play a key role in designing, defining, and driving innovative External Talent (ET) strategies while partnering closely with regional and global stakeholders. You will influence strategic initiatives, optimize supplier ecosystems, drive analytics-led decision making, and contribute to Accenture's ability to access the best talent globally.

What you'll do

Design, evolve, and support the implementation of the EMEA External Talent strategy aligned with global Procurement+ objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders, enabling effective workforce and supplier strategies.
Lead strategic initiatives and projects focused on vendor management, talent acquisition channels, workforce innovation, and operational excellence.
Monitor EMEA-wide supplier performance, contract coverage, spend analytics, and reporting to identify opportunities for optimization.
Drive supplier selection, sourcing events, and strategic negotiations while promoting the use of global and regional strategic providers.
Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics to support decision making.
Ensure compliance with procurement processes, local regulations, and Accenture policies.
Foster collaboration across the ET community through knowledge sharing, stakeholder engagement, and community leadership.

Through data-driven decision making, supplier innovation, and workforce transformation initiatives, you'll directly contribute to Accenture's reinvention journey and long-term growth.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Procurement, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

8+ years of experience in Procurement, Workforce Strategy, Talent Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Staffing, Recruiting, or a related strategic function.
Experience operating in a global or regional matrix organization.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships and strategic programs.

Experience working across multiple EMEA countries.
Knowledge of external workforce models including contingent labor, contractors, freelancers, Statement of Work (SoW), and managed services.
Experience with procurement technologies, sourcing platforms, e-sourcing, or e-auctions.
