IT Procurement Manager (Indirect Procurement – IT)

Client: Benjamin Moore
Location: Montvale, NJ (Onsite Mon–Thu, Remote Fri)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Bill Rate: $50/hr (Max to candidate)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Visa: NO H1B (USC / GC / H4 EAD / GC EAD only)

Summary

Looking for a senior-level IT Indirect Procurement Manager with 10+ years of experience in sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management. The role focuses on driving cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk mitigation while aligning with corporate procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT indirect sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations

• Execute supply agreements and manage contracts

• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with stakeholders

• Perform cost analysis and procurement reporting

• Manage supplier relationships and assessments

• Partner with Contract Manager and internal business teams

• Mitigate supply risks and recommend alternative sourcing options

Required Experience

• 10+ years in Indirect Procurement (IT preferred)

• Strong sourcing methodology & negotiation skills

• Contract management expertise

• Financial analysis & cost modeling experience

• ERP experience: SAP, ARIBA, Ironclad (preferred)

• Experience managing 1–3 direct reports

• Industrial manufacturing or business management background preferred

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)

• CPSM or C.P.M. certification preferred
