Summary

The Capital Projects Procurement Lead will lead procurement activities for large-scale capital projects with a procurement budget of up to $500M. This role is responsible for supporting the full capital project lifecycle, including project scoping, procurement planning, RFP management, contract negotiation, execution support, stakeholder reporting, and project closeout. The position will manage procurement activities for capital equipment such as bioreactors as well as service contracts for construction management, commissioning & qualification (C&Q), and engineering services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in capital procurement, contract management, stakeholder engagement, and capital project execution within industrial, pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing environments.
