JOB OVERVIEW

The Procurement Lead owns the purchasing function within FTAI’s Supply Chain organization, leading a team of Procurement Analysts responsible for sourcing the materials, parts, and services that support MRO/MRE operations. This role sets sourcing strategy, owns supplier relationships and negotiated agreements, and is accountable for the team’s performance on cost, lead time, and material availability against business targets.

Because the Supply Chain organization encompasses both Procurement and Repairs, the Procurement Lead partners closely with the Repair Lead to align priorities, share resources, and deploy analysts across functions as business needs shift.
