Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in a billing or similar financial role, preferably within the insurance industry.

Education: A diploma or degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is desirable.

Customer Service: A client-focused mindset with the ability to resolve billing issues effectively.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Ability to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to provide billing information and answer any questions or concerns.

Bill Preparation: Accurately prepare and send insurance bills to clients, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Payment Processing: Process payments and maintain accurate records of all billing transactions.

Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve billing disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner.

Documentation: Maintain up-to-date billing records and documentation for audit and review purposes.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the insurance sales team to ensure smooth billing processes and customer satisfaction.
