Fund Accounting Project Manager

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6–10 years of experience in fund accounting, middle/back-office operations, or project management within financial services or private equity.
• Proven, hands-on experience with TPA conversions, preferably in private equity or alternative investments.
• Working knowledge of SEI and Geneva Fund Accounting platforms.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, NAV calculations, and reporting requirements.
• Skilled in documenting and streamlining processes (SOPs, RACI, process flows, handoffs).
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work setup; must be able to commute to Stamford, CT three days per week.
