DEPLOY is looking for a Controller for a client in Birmingham. We're looking for someone who can own the accounting fundamentals, bring clarity to the numbers, and get excited about smarter ways to work. What you'll do

• Lead the accounting function and keep the books accurate and timely.
• Own month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strengthen controls and turn financial data into useful insights.
• Partner with leadership on decisions that shape the business.
• Explore how AI and automation can make finance workflows faster and better.

• Solid accounting and financial leadership experience.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to explain the story behind the numbers.
• A hands-on mindset: you're comfortable owning the work and improving the process.
