Role Purpose
The Senior Compliance Analytics & Risk Manager is a strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for advancing the effectiveness, efficiency, and maturity of the organization’s global compliance program through advanced data analytics, technology enablement, and enterprise risk assessment.
This role requires deep expertise in compliance data analytics, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance technology platforms, including enterprise compliance ERPs and whistleblower/ethics helpline systems. The individual will leverage advanced analytical techniques, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies to identify compliance risks, trends, and insights, enabling proactive risk management and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Operating in a fast-paced, global, and highly regulated environment, this role serves as a trusted advisor to Compliance leadership, Legal and business stakeholders.
